Very professional staff very knowledgeable Caring staff as for the Dentist very skilled does know her craft dentistry helpful with resources she has a extensive understanding of how to make you feel relaxed and walk out confidently am very grateful to the talented people (Dentists and Staff) AMAZING!! ALSO GREAT WITH CHILDREN.

Good Morning, 6 month ago, I went for a deep cleaning of my teeth.(first part). Second part was done recently. My dentist was patient & understanding. My threshold for pain 😢 is not like I was in my 20s. They made this procedure comfortably. Thank u

Wonderful office. The girls at the front actually send you the xrays you request. Fast too. I had to just walk in at another office on Downer place in Aurora after requesting they send me a document 3-4 times. The Doctors are also very wise. They’ll refer you out if they need too unlike that other office on Downer place who kept doing the work that they needed to refer out which ended up compromising my health and my daughters. Overall great customer service. Great smart Doctors.

I had my first visit 2 weeks ago. I won't be returning. This place is too hectic. It's like they work on patients like an assembly line. There's no time for the dentist to actually be personable with their patient. Front desk never offers to schedule any follow-up appt prior to one's departure. Gosh by pure luck I called ahead and asked if there was paperwork to fill out because I don't like having to look up dates in a rush when asked about medical history. Thankful for my thinking because ones appt is ridiculously delayed if having to fill out tons of forms on an iPad. They need to keep in mind that some older folks may not be able to navigate the technology to their detriment. Staff is not very helpful either. This place not for me

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. Had right side of mouth extracted got dry socket and teeth pieces still in mouth. Then made another appointment to get left side pulled, started to get there and get called 10 mins before appointment that doctor cant take his regular appointments he had to go fill in at another location. This happened a total of 4 times. Today I went to appointment got into back room and bib put on only to have oral surgeon come in and tell me he cant take any teeth out I have to go somewhere else. The place is dirty. Bathroom has urine all over the floor I walk with a cane and told the people at front desk when I first walked in at 1045 it's 1144 and they still haven't done anything to get it cleaned up. When I asked for my records they took half an hour to literally print 4 papers out and there's 4 front desk people. Very rude workers in the back as well. I highly don't recommend this place it's all around terrible. Very and I mean very UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT KEEP APPOINTMENTS FOR ANYTHING!
